The SVG actuator has been introduced to meet the demand for  Single Valve Gate applications requiring both high quality and value.

The SVG system integrates the current MASTIP BX nozzle technology in a valve gate solution. It shares the same  gate profile and components as the very successful “X” range of nozzles.

The SVG utilises  two heaters that guarantees optimal thermal profile along with  increased moulding window, reduced gate cooling requirements and accordingly better parts.

Installation is simple and compact, as the overall lengths have been reduced to minimum,  with a lateral actuator rather then “in line”. Mould design and machining is made easy due to the simple pocket detail and minimal critical dimensions. Easy adjustment and maintenance due to quick pin adjustment / replacement completes its features.
